Join us for a multidisciplinary arts camp on Cincinnati’s beautiful riverfront

Summer Camp at Sawyer Point

Our camp is designed to inspire creativity, movement, and personal growth in a fun and supportive environment. With activities like roller skating, urban hiking, yoga, dance, art-making, and creative writing, campers will explore avenues for self-expression, fostering imagination, celebrating individuality, and encouraging an active, mindful, and curious life.

Camp Information

  • Location: Sawyer Point Riverfront Rink, GPS to 925 Riverside Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 - Located between the pickleball courts and Montgomery Inn Boathouse

  • Camp Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Before-care: 8:30 – 9:00 AM

  • After-care: 4:00 – 5:30 PM

  • Tuition: $300 per child, per week

  • Before-care & After-care: $50 per child per week (includes both services)

Camp Dates & Age Groups

  • Teens (Grades 7-12): June 9-14, August 11-15

  • Youth (Grades 4-6): June 23-27, July 21-25

  • Youth (Grades 1-3): July 14-18, August 4-8

Activities & Program Highlights

Our summer camp integrates movement, creativity, and mindfulness, helping campers develop soft skills, confidence, and friendships. Daily activities include:

  • Roller Skating: Skill-building sessions, games, and open skate time

  • Yoga & Mindfulness: Techniques to enhance focus and relaxation

  • Dance & Movement: Fun, energetic sessions exploring different styles

  • Urban Hiking: Exploring Cincinnati’s scenic parks and pathways

  • Art & Creative Writing: Journaling, sketching, and mixed-media projects

Safety & Policies

  • Supervision: Camper-to-staff ratio of 10:1 ensures individualized attention and a safe environment.

  • Attire: Campers should wear comfortable play clothes, gym shoes, and bring extra socks. Open-toe shoes are not allowed.

  • Medical Needs: Parents must inform staff of any medical conditions or allergies prior to camp.

  • Weather Policy: Activities will be adjusted for extreme weather; in severe cases, campers will be in the skating building.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothing for movement, closed-toed shoes and extra socks

  • Skates (if owned; rentals available)

  • Water bottle (labeled with camper’s name)

  • Sunscreen

  • Lunch, snacks, and drinks (labeled with camper’s name)

  • Journal or sketchbook (provided by camp)

Registration & Payment

  • How to Register: Online registration is required.

  • Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance for a full refund.

Parent Communication

  • Direct contact available via camp phone and email during camp hours.

Emergency Procedures

  • Minor Injuries: Treated on-site by trained staff.

  • Serious Emergencies: Parents/guardians will be contacted immediately; emergency services will be utilized if necessary.
