Yoga

Join us for yoga for all bodies and abilities. Bring your water and a mat or borrow from the skate rental counter (limited). Teacher: Marie Asbury of Soaring Soul Wellness.

Gain strength, flexibility and balance - of the body, mind and spirit. Each week will have a familiar rhythm with slightly different muscle groups targeted.

Soften or amplify intensity as desired in this beginner friendly full body flow. Connect breath with movement, then cool down with stretches and closing meditation.

Come as you are, leave feeling lighter and more ready to tackle the week ahead.

Weekly on Sundays from 1-2pm running May 18 through November 2, 2025

at the Sawyer Point Riverfront Rink just between the pickle ball courts and Montgomery Inn.
